China is facing the most immoral and unprecedented attack because its ability to overcome the obstacles to its mighty and huge economic growth at a time when all empires and global and international systems are suffering from an economic collapse since 2009 and a decline in the standard of living and life.
China today, the victorious over the fiercest enemies of humanity, “poverty and the Corona epidemic”, is not in conflict with China’s past, but rather a continuation of a single process and the development of ancient Chinese historical thought based on the concept of “human authority”,Which is considered the ideal model for forms of international leadership due to the credibility and trust it gives to partners and the effect it creates on them by perpetuating beneficial interactions between them instead of threats and coercion .
This is how the Chinese leadership excelled with its realistic and ethical policy and made it strategically credible, and its leadership quality did not come from tampering. This emerged through its handling in international files, which gave it this characteristic, as it enjoys fulfilling promises and commitments towards friends, partners and opponents, which ultimately leads to building trust, which is the way to make countries and partners ready to cooperate and bear the burdens and results by moving forward together with the leading country in a voluntary manner. The concept is very similar to the Chinese concept of power based on “popular prestige and trust” and different from the Western concept of power based on the “implicit threat of force”.
Thus, the Chinese internal leadership has sufficient qualities to make the status of the great powers, thus, as I mentioned previously, the “quality of local leadership” makes it superior to the United States of America. China’s focus on the quality of leadership confirms the importance of human choice and the leadership’s ability to shape opportunities for peace or war, in addition to It enjoys an active, proactive leadership, and this pattern aims to improve the state’s position through political means and through local reforms that increase its strength. This was represented in several leadership decisions that made up the “Dream of the Great Revival of the Chinese Nation” announced by President Xi Jinping in 2012 .
Therefore, the active leadership seeks to enhance China’s international position by expanding the circle of partners who support its development concepts. It seeks to provide the necessary support and elements of protection for them, and this is what China does with its positions in international organizations by supporting decisions that preserve and protect the rights of peoples,In addition to rejecting decisions that reinforce the hegemony of the great powers over countries and peoples In addition to its absolute rejection of any sanctions or unilateral actions and the so-called long-arm jurisdiction adopted by the United States of America. On the other hand, China, on the other hand, has established regional and international institutions such as the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to be a smart mechanism that does not require absolute compliance with the prevailing international standards (set by the West, of course),In this way, China maintains the moral character of the leadership and does not show it as a rising power that wants to overthrow the existing order in return.
From this point of view, the leadership puts the interests of the people at the forefront and deals with other peoples respectfully, adopting the principle of “mutual benefit”, in contrast to what the Western and American leaders in particular, where they adopt the principle of “dominance and expansion” and do not take people’s interests into account.
China’s concept of state building stems from the obligation to adhere to the application of the constitution and the rule of law to all without discrimination.
Here, we quote President Xi Jinping as saying: “The achievement of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects put forward higher demands for state governance in accordance with the law. The concepts of the Chinese leadership came as a result of an early realization that when any political system is based on the principle of “hegemony and expansion” and does not take the interests of the people into account, failure and hatred of the people is the final harvest. When he puts the interest of the people at the forefront and deals with other peoples with respect, based on the principle of “mutual benefit”, success will be his ally and the people’s support around him is inevitable.
